According to research conducted,
organizations that have optimized employee engagement have 2.6 times the
earnings per share (EPS) growth rate compared to organization with lower
engagement in the same industry. So, higher engagement leads to more
productivity.

However, the employee engagement
may get decreased over a longer period of time. For this, manager can have
powerful conversation with team members that are both evocative & generative
so as to create a place of work that often challenges an employee to unfold
more, both as a person & in his or her role.

conducts various fun activities such as Tavant Premier League (TPL), Ping Pong
wars & online games. Such fun activities motivated employees & increase their
engagement. Also, certain career development program like 1UP- career
development initiative and Individual Development Plan (IDP) are also
conducted for the same.

taken by the organization so as to motivate the workforce. The company

for identifying, building and managing the strong performers.
